Anna Khalatyan is an Associate Lawyer with a strong focus on contract law, corporate law and data protection. 

Anna is experienced in navigating complex regulatory and commercial matters, particularly in compliance consulting related to data protection, and the development of cookie and privacy policies. 

She is also proficient in conducting due diligence and devising new business models for clients.

In addition to her legal practice, Anna is actively engaged in research in the areas of International Public Law, with a particular emphasis on International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and the legal frameworks of the EU, CE, and EAEU. 

She is committed to advancing her expertise in data protection law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in this field.

Anna is the author of the “Data Protection Regulation Guide: Armenia’s Perspective”.
