Asya Hakobjanyan

Asya advises and represents clients in a wide range of corporate and intellectual property matters, including startups, tech and venture capital spheres.

She has worked on most Russian precedent-setting cases and has large experience in clearance of complex and comprehensive transactions on client business models in launching of products and services. She also has been engaged in advising and clients in courts of intellectual property proceedings and has extensive experience in legal disputes. In addition, Asya has s wide experience in due diligence of compliance of companies’ activities with the requirements of intellectual property and personal data protection legislation, advises on the elimination of existing and potential risks.

Prior to joining the Firm, Asya worked for a Russian law firm focusing on digital reputation matters on a position a Head of Legal. Also has experience in foreign and Russian consulting companies such as PwC Legal and ALTHAUS GROUP.

Asya graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with bachelor’s degree and holds master’s degree in law of the Institute of Business Law of the Moscow State Law University O.E. Kutafin (MSLA).
